Prior to joining us, he held senior roles at Dynatronics, Element Electronics, Bluestem Brands, and Best Buy, building and leading exceptional finance teams along the way.
With an extensive blend of experience across P&L ownership, FP&A, ERP implementation, and business modeling, Gabe will play a key role in advancing our financial strategy and supporting our growth.
Outside of work, Gabe enjoys traveling with his wife, exploring Twin Cities restaurants, and cheering on his two high schoolers at their many dance and sports events. He’s also an early-morning golfer and a winter snowboarder when time allows.
With more than 25 years of experience and a diverse range of roles within the industry, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. David brings a wealth of knowledge in both engineering and operations, holding a BS in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and having over 25 years of industry experience. He has demonstrated success at fostering teamwork and applying Lean principles to improve processes.

Ethel brings over 15 years of senior level Human Resources Business Partner experience with a background supporting the industries of manufacturing, education and professional services.
Ethel oversees Excel Scientific’s human resources functions, including strategy, recruiting, compensation, employee relations and training. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with management teams to drive results in a variety of organizational settings.
