Polypropylene	3 seconds	155°C-165°C
Dual Component PCR Plates (Polycarbonate/Polypropylene)	3 seconds	155°C-165°C
Polystyrene	2 seconds	140°C

Sealing parameters should be optimized based on plate type to obtain a secure seal.
